Where is the COOP fun factor with GRAW?

Just the idee of 200 player in multi!

In co-op? 200 People on the same side in a mission?

And to think of a Tournie...

ah dam i checked and they say a minimum of 2 player in coop.

The thing is that each player control a scad.

but it would not surprise me if that end up supporting more.

And remember that in that game 1 bullet kill, and you can end up fighting tanks or driving them... unlike graw.

But anyway a multiplaer with 200 player around, you can easy play coop in that!

hmm i you know someone to play with ;)

but i guess we should come back to the GRAW coop topic....

Note to GRIN,

COOP is not Team Domination.!!!

It seems there is a large part of the Die Hard Ghost Recon Classic fan base being left out in the cold.

In particular those Clans who script missions, script firefights, host dedicated servers, host tournaments etc. Their members are wondering what is happening in the future with GRAW.

This game, and the way it appears to be headed, is not a worthy successor to Ghost Recon Classic for the REAL Ghost Recon fans who arent into Run-N-Gun game play. Have you ever heard, "The way its Meant to be Played". Looking at the current state of GRAW, I think not.

My wish list for the June GRAW patch to support the COOP community.

1. Firefight mode for COOP.

2. Defend mode for COOP.

3. Mission Editing and scripting tools.

4. Dedicated Server files.

5. Expand COOP Team beyond 4 players.

Fixes,

1. Need no prone lean fixed.

2. Need the issue with the prone gun aiming fixed, (remove invisible floor).

Things I do like about the game,

1. Awesome maps. Now give me a reason to explore them and work with my friends as a team, I.E., Firefights & Missions that do not tie you to a small part of the map.

2. Great graphics. The no AA issue doesnt bother me one bit. I play at a high enough resolution that I dont even notice it.

3. Interactive environment, I like it.

As it stands now, the Likes do not offset the games deficincies in regards to why I play Ghost Recon. There is a lot that needs fixing to support the COOP community. I hope GRIN/UBI is up to the task.

So far I havent got the game based on this alone. I like the updates that have come but nothings ticked the boxes for me to buy it yet, mainly because of this part of it.

I'd have to say the same though, and agree with the original post. It was good to stop by the AS site, and pick a mission and go with it. Sure it was SP, but the point is that we are having to have fun right? Sure the missions and overall feel is better, but agreed, the Mitchell Death Syndrome has got to go. And given the MP issues, there's no reason to bother, though Co-op is more preferable than TDM, DM, HH, etc. It's just more enjoyable.

Played a lot of your COOP missions with you years ago in the UBI lobby, first time I encountered rain was in one of your missions, the tank ambush one, happy days!

Hopefully you'll get a chance to make some more, i , i... ;)

hehe, yeah i remember you, that's long time ago!

You were one of the regular on my server that was great fun.

I also hope to bring some of my style of map to GRAW, if the editor can end up to support coop...
