semperfi_bohica 0
1) will there be the tried and true 1911a1- .45cal? 2) instead of taking a handgun, I understand that one may opt for a sub-machinegun instead? Does this mean that drawing the handgun is faster? It clearly should be. 3) For those who have seen the game, after the rets bloom, simulating weapon recoil (like GR1), do you need to adjust your sight picture again (RVS) or is your post-firing-aim after the rets close again still "on target" as it were, just like GR1? Thanks!
aCid 0
not sure about the colt, but i have seen a screenshot of a glock being used, now, if theres a glock, im sure there are other choices of a sidearm aswell (pistols) and the colt is very popular so it might be there
BlackSmoke 0
I thought that I had heard someone complaining about the lack of .45 cal pistol in the game? I dunno I just remember reading that somewhere. And if it's true, it saddens me. I know theres a glock, I remember seeing it in one of the inventory loadout screens. Whistle 0
seems like it would be strange to include a glock but no other pistols(other than the M-9) However how often will we find ourselves using pistols?

Whistle 0
well if it is a .45 glock that might explain why its in there and not some other 9mm pistol, but I'd think they'd have access to a mk23 or something.

BlackSmoke 0
I remember seeing a ss with a glock, just about a week ago. So I'm 100% positive it's in the game.
zeroalpha 0
ok, glad i saw what i thought i saw, it was a glock 18c. (thanks GRIN Bogvaldt)

Since ZeroAlpha and Colin were there, did one of you notice anything about this? Maybe a GRIN member can address this question? silent_op
zwitherow 0
i wouldn't count on the m1911, it's already been almost completely replaced by HK USP, and Mk23 which have a lot higher capacity magazines and are more reliable. so in 2013 i'd think they'd be a rare sight in the hands of special forces. what you can count on, however, is for everything from the 1911 to a desert eagle .50ae to be seen in mods pretty quickly. which is good because the 1911 is one of my favorites.
