Google was just a tip of an inceberg:

The full list of companies subpoenaed by the Department of Justice includes: 711Net (Mayberry USA), American Family Online, AOL, AT&T, Authentium, BellSouth, Cablevision, Charter Communications, Comcast Cable Company, Computer Associates, ContentWatch, Cox Communications, EarthLink, Google, Internet4Families, LookSmart, McAfee, MSN, Qwest, RuleSpace, S4F (Advance Internet Management), SafeBrowse, SBC Communications, Secure Computing Corp., Security Software Systems, SoftForYou, Solid Oak Software, SurfControl, Symantec, Time Warner, Tucows (Mayberry USA), United Online, Verizon, and Yahoo.

Thats the usual answer ... "your not doing anything wrong ... so ....." (which is a bit tiring after a while and the usual chesnut pulled out the hat most of the time).

But ...

If you used that line to justify everytime you push the boundry .. just how far do you go until people draw the line for you?

Thats realy the point here.

Can I put a TV Camera in your house then? Surely that would be ok ... your doing nothing wrong .. surely THATS ok ... ? Surely? LOL.

No :unsure: .... LOL, you cant cover every single person, there are many keyword lists popping up to use for emails,sms,websites etc just to bog the system down :P:D

I just find its all getting to vast and blatant to be just simply ignored as "something thats done but im ok" kind of thing, sort of looses the point of it realy.
