M95-Sniper
Just wondering about it. It's probably gotta do with UBI's fiscal year and the financial figures. But, wouldn't a release in the winter be the smart thing to do. As it's cold outside and people tend to stay inside and play games. Just wondering, am I the only one who thinks that a winter release is better in terms of drawing a big following. I was addicted at BF2 for awhile, it was fresh and had good mp. But over at the fan forums, over 25000 members they are all hyping the quake wars as the next best online game. Not one of them is aware of this gem called GRAW. I surely hope it recieves a warm and big following. Sigh, still two months to wait. Cheers
Traveler
Don't give them an ideas. may is perfect( not really 2 years ago would be perfect). I know all my Canadian gaming buddies do play more in winter but most people down south play about the same what ever season.

E3 will hype it up people are not in "summer mode" yet - not warm enough to go to the beach releasing the PC version now sets Christmas 06 up perfectly for expansion pack 1. and if it is delayed till Christmas this year, I will hunt you down as it was your idea. Letter to UBI: _____________________________ To whom it may concern at UBI, Our friend M95-Sniper is just suffering from a temporary state of delirium. Due to the lack of GR:AW PC news, PC videos, and PC Demo. To top it off he has been playing with his XBox for too long (no thanks to 360 GR:AW). Please don't take his statement seriously. He is a good chap who just wants some good sniper rifles for his PC GR:AW. Thank you, silent_op (and all other concerned GR PC community members) P.S: We really don't want to have to hunt him down next Christmas season. _____________________________ silent_op Edited March 23, 2006 by silent_op

KRP 56
Winter's the best time as May is out the door and don't look back time for me. Some of the gamers I've talked to were ready to plunk down their hard earned cash in March but now their talking about waiting till the price goes down on GRAW because they also like to do outdoor activities. griz
Waiting for a price drop sounds like a good idea ... I won't be around as much in the summer either. BTW, anyone notice the Aegia cards are already available to Dell, Alienware, etc. while the rest of us have to wait until May? Strange coincidence, no?
