Specter 0
Story here. Firefox to get phishing shield TODAY'S TOP STORY With the continued rise in online attacks, security tools have become something browser makers can use to try to stand out. Mozilla plans to put protection against phishing scams in the next update to Firefox, set for release later this year. Google is working with Mozilla on the technology. If you don't currently use Firefox, will the phishing shield help persuade you to make the switch? Edited March 9, 2006 by Specter
magnumkp 0
What they really need to fix with Firefox is the memory leak. You know you're in trouble when your browser is using more memory than Photoshop.

Cobblers 12
I have, but it doesn't happen very often. Certainly not enough for me to warrant going back to IE and it's only happened with this latest versio too.
Papa6 88
Well IE7(the beta as of now) has anti-phishing elements already. Firefox seems to be playing catch up now.

Google just needs to come out with its own operating system already lol ← There have been rumors floating around that they are working on an O.S. I'm not sure if it will be for real or if it's just part of their time spent working on projects they like. What is it 25 or 30 % of their time?

Clumsy and ...I don't know the words...um..cheesy like a I just might be hungry.. ← Yeah. It's a good browser, I just don't like the feel of it. Although I do like the Download manager, but that's about it. If FF downloaded files the way Opera does, it would be the perfect browser, IMHO. Other than that though, I have nothing against it. And I'm sure it won't take FF long to fix that bug, if they haven't already.
Foxtrot360 0
I dont really like the feel of it when i first used it, but its fast... and if your on 56k it really must be a fast browser =O Besides, i just downloaded a skin and got over it.
