GenHunteR
Ive noticed that on some mods after installing them, the readme.txt file tells you which maps need to be activated. If there is no readme.txt file, is there any other way to tell which mods need to activated? Also, how can you tell which mods are for MP only and SP only? I dl HX4 last night and could only play the maps as a quick match or whatever. Is this on only for MP or am i missing something to play it as SP? Kurtz
Some mods are full campaigns, like Band of Brothers, Free Russia, Free Libya. Other have missions for single player in quick mission only. To tell the difference, once the mod is activated, try starting a new campaign. If you do not see a new unique campaign available, that means the missions, if there are new missions in the mod, are only available in quick mission. You can also play multiplayer missions or any missions in multiplayer by setting up a single player game in multiplayer. In addition, you can have 3 teams of 3 men, although you can't select the additional AI. You can only play the missions in single player, these are the ones available in quick mission mode. The other maps are empty landscapes to battle over in multiplayer. Hope this helps.
San
If the mod need other mods activated you can tell what mod by looking at the .atr files, .kit files and .mis files. .atr files maybe use actor-model-files from other mods. .kit files maybe use weapons from other mods. .mis files maybe use maps from other mods.
