akowan 0
When in multiplayer, I get booted everytime the server plays one of the original GR maps. It kicks me back to the multiplayer main menu with a "wrong map version cannot login to server" error. I have no problems in multiplayer playing DS or IT maps. All maps also work fine in single player. Any ideas? I have already reinstalled the game and all patches. Thanks.
SOTOMac 0
So the Sequence of Your Installations has gone ; Install "GR", Reboot. Install "DS", Reboot. Install the Version 1.2.10.0. Patch, Reboot. Install "IT", Reboot. Install the Version 1.4.0.0. Patch, Reboot. Right ? Regards,

SOTOMac 0
K - Well He had XP for an OS but We'll go along w/ His Previous Problem being Your Issue as well. He was instructed to Uninstall all of "GR" including all Patches. Once He'd done that - I then instructed Him to DL "Norton Utilities" for Win XP. This He did and ran all of the Utilities in the Application. He found an Immense number of Reg. Errors as well as Incorrect Shortcuts and Missing Files ( 746 Errors in 35 Catageories - LOL ). He was then Instructed to Reinstall "GR" and all of the Patches to bring His Installation up to the current Engine's Version. He restarted "GR" and Voila. "GR" back to a Pristine State...
