As for the xbox1 demos on the disc you still going to need your old Xbox1 to play the demos. I haven't found a way to play the normal xbox1 demo's on the x360 yet if it can be done at all, but it well play all the videos & x360 demos with everything else, but xbox1 demo's itself on the x360.
