nib Posted March 17, 2003 Share Posted March 17, 2003 I'm trying to capture a prisoner (I know its him because if I shoot him my objective to capture the guy fails). However, I can't seem to "capture" him. The manual says that if I bump him, that's good enough. Well, I've bumpped him repeatedly but all he does is run around and then shoot me. Now, each time I've bumped him, he had already seen me so I'm not sure if that is causing the problem. If it is, then my question would be, how do you get to him without being noticed? I've tried shuffling while crouched and shuffling while standing and he notices me before I get to him (I'm coming up from behind). Suggestions? Kurtz Posted March 18, 2003 Share Posted March 18, 2003 (edited) The rule of thumb on prisoners is that you have to kill the guards first and then the prisoner will surrender and not shoot. In the swamp, you have to kill the guys in the house first. In the last mission in IT, you have to kill the 2 guards with Priego sauce and he will go quietly.
