Cpl Ledanek 247
beginning of it all another hurdle anyhoo, I placed it on hibernation after I had it working. Next day, boot it up, I get this error message : no keyboard or keyboard error I have a USB Saitek Eclipse. So in order to get out of this error, I used an old PS/2 KB. I enabled the Legacy USB in the set up thinking that might help. Next boot up, attached my USB Saitek, and took of the PS/2 KB. Same error. What am I doing wrong here? thanks in advance Specs: WinXP PRO AMD 1800+ 512 RAM Asus A7N8X Dex pcb rev 1 BIOS 1007 Edited January 4, 2006 by Cpl Ledanek

GreyHaired 0
LOL. Have you tried to boot with this Legacy USB disabled?
Cpl Ledanek 247
I believe I started with "disabled" then changed to "enabled" restarted. Well, I used a PS/2 kb, then the USB kb/mouse got recognized. Went back into the BIOS, enabled USB Legacy, then rebooted, and it worked. So either one of the remedy did the job. Placing the PC in hibernation may have been the culprit. I'll get into more trouble when my other vidcard arrives in a week. BFG 6600GTOC AGP. I'll make sure its connected to its own power supply.
