Bad Video Card

Hey folks.

I have just lost my Sapphire Radeon 9800 Pro 128 video card.

I need recommendations for a good replacement.

I'm on a budget, and I need it fast. School starts within a week.

It also needs to be AGP.

I can mail you a GeForce 3 TI4200 - 128MB or better* if you want it.

Not sure it can arrive before your school starts though.

*I don't remember the exact specs but it's not worse than stated.

Well you all know im not so god with gaming pcs but , ive been looking for a AGP card myself when my PC is repaired. I saw a Nvidia GeForce 6600 256 MB on a site (no not eBay) for 115$.. thought it was a pretty good deal my self.

Or go with GreyHaired's card temporarily? I'd do that...

Are you sure it's a GeForce 3 ti 4200 128, and not a GeForce 4 128?

I can't find anything on a GeForce 3 ti4200 128.

I can give you the exact details in about 2 hours when I'm home from work.

Edit: It's a "Chaintech" GeForce4 TI4600 128MB. Looks like the fan needs to be cleaned (noise), not sure if I can make that before sending it.

Since the weight isn't over 2 kgs (abt 4 lbs) I can send it as a letter. That'll save some days.

Good temporary card, ive had it before , ive got something close to it now.. great card, just dont expect it to do backflips in gaming. (These days i couldnt use it for toilet paper , not that id want to) and heres a link to a card im thinking about getting (Click Me)
