From what I can see there are only 4 different handguns in GR,DS and IT...the M9, M1911, makarov and a HK4. The Makarov and the HK4 would fit the bill as far as the shapes are concerned. The .380 is quite a pathetic round for self defense or military use for that matter. 9 x 19 muzzle velocity is about 1300 feet per second with a 124 grain bullet. .380 ACP muzzle velocity is about 950 feet per second with a 95 grain bullet. The 9 x 18 Makarov is not much better. Muzzle velocity is about 1030 feet per second with a 100 grain bullet. Compare that to a .45 ACP. or .40 S&W or 10 millimeter. .45 ACP muzzle velocity about 850 feet per second with a 230 grain bullet. .40 S&W muzzle velocity about 990 feet per second with a 180 grain bullet. 10 millimeter muzzle velocity about 1,150 feet per second with a 180 grain bullet.
