 Just thinking how does teamspeak2 work with Ghost Recon. Some of my friends say it runs in the backround even know you are playing the game. But how does it work, instead of typing do you just talk and the person hears you or do you need to do something.

TS runs in the background and utilizes your sound card to process input from your mic and what it recieves with very little hit on preformance of your PC. You can either set it up as voice activated or set a keyboard key as the mic key to activate your mic. If you do not know someone with a TS server, one person can host the server and all persons can connect to it via IP. Of course, all members here are able to use the GR.net TS server.

TS works great with GR.

Yeh so in a nutshell.

You start TS on your PC and join a TS server by typing in the IP of one you know.

Your friends do the same.

You start GR.

Now instead of typing a message to hit a key on your keyboard and chat into your microphone, your buddies hear your voice, simple.

I never noticed any slowdown while running it. I just checked and it wasn't using any CPU power when I connected to the server. If anything, it uses just a bit of it while in use. You should not have any problems running it.

:wall: If thats so then why is it all jerky I put more memory in my computer but it seems to do the same as before.
