strange skin problem in replays

Hello,

I've got a little problem that makes me lose my nerves! I've got a little skin mod for multiplayer so that e.g. the Sniper automatically changes the uniform for each campaign (normal / Desert Siege / Island Thunder). I thought until now the mod works fine but I saw a replay and my soldier had in a Desert Siege mission the skin for the standard Ghost Recon campaign. It's the same when I play IT. Only the attachments (.qob files) like helmets change correctly.

But when I choose the soldier class and the weapons in the menu I see the correct skin.

What's wrong? :(

I'm pretty sure I named them right. If I didn't name them right they even wouldn't be shown correct in the menu, wouldn't they? But before the mission launchs I see the right skin. Only in the replay it's not shown correct.
