Colin
Some of you are already aware that some Devs are visiting the forums and making comments. I think this is great its realy good to see you guys in here and letting us have titbits of information. I welcome any feed back comments you wish to give to us, and Im sure as long as we ask the right questions and try and keep it simple you will only be too pleased to help us out. Grin, the game that you are making for us acording to some press releases is going to be the best FPS that was ever made. In fact the press and some game magazines are totally head over heels with it. I bet you are proud to be the Developers. It looks like you are going to have a winner on your hands. As far as I am concerned the game looks great/The Tac Map is realy going to be a big help in the game. Having all the SP missions in MP is also a welcome change and will add more evenings playing online, with lots of choice. I must admit I have not seen any thing I am not too keen on as yet. You have more time now to do more work on the game, may be you might be able to add some bits, this Link is the most current section we have. We hope you do not get too dishartened with the delay, and keep working on the game we so much want. Colin

Tortfeaser
The delay is no problem - you guys know what you need to get the job done, and if it's more time you need, it's more time you get! I'm still in for 2 copies.
calius
Sorry chaps but Bo is my friend only . I keep him locked under my stairs with his PC and GRAW Alpha open source and feed him Laxatives when he tells me (via shouting under the hatch) anything to do with "cant be done" etc. So rest assured he cant get it wrong because so far Ive only fed him twice so its looking good. ... or maybe I should also feed him food ... Buehgler_AS
I think it is indeed wonderful that the Grin folks are making an effort to (where possible) help clarify a few issues for us. One issue that I hope we can get straightened out soon, is what we can expect in terms of support for online co-op play on the PC platform. I know we all heard that xbox would support (up to) 4 playing the SP missions in co-op and it caused quite a bit of concern among many. There has also been some imprecise talk of "many" players in MP, but I am yet to see anything I would describe as informative about support for co-op multiplayer in GRAW. I think it is clear that there remains a significant demand for this feature (we at AlphaSquad have 30 teams signed up for SR2005 -- that's 300+ people eager to play 4 high stress never seen before multiplayer co-op [GR] missions on a tight schedule and 15 or so whacky Alpha members ready to watch/grade 120 hours of co-op play ). Anyway, I hope someone from Grin and/or RSE will be able to provide us with some real information on this topic in the near future.
Colin
The 4 man team in coop missions is interesting. It would change the way things normally happen in Tournaments. This is down to I believe to processor and backward compatability. The MP aspects of the game should be near enough finished, but we have not heard any thing yet. U.BI.Statment. How many players can join in the multiplayer mode? Up to 32 players will be able to join the multiplayer mode. This does confuse the issue slightly. We will have to see, I am sure though that the people at Grin, already know the great work you guys do for the community, and I dont beleive that they would hinder that invovment in any way, if at all possible. In fact I am sure they would even like to participate may be in such a Tourney.?? You never Know. Colin
Rocky
[img=http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/243/GrinGO.jpg] ← Nice one RatoN. I have put your Support GRIN image on the GR.net server so other fans can add it to thier signatures. KRP 56
Some of you are already aware that some Devs are visiting the forums and making comments. ← A very good thing indeed. This is pretty much the heartbeat site for GR PC as it has many die hard fans who offer a wealth of information as to what kept GR alive and well and still selling after all these years. Plus you have many many GR fans who stop by here on a regular basis who never register but are just as interested in the direction that the GR PC franchise is taking. While GRIN will never be able to satisfy all of us they should be able to give us a game worth playing over and over again. Keep plugging away now that you have the extra time and give us a game that's not a stale dust collector after a couple of weeks of playing. Buehgler_AS
In fact I am sure they would even like to participate may be in such a Tourney.?? You never Know. ← Well the SR2005 team lists are not public yet, but to the best of my knowledge we did not manage to attract a "team Grin" to the event. Of course there are one or two teams that I do not recognize, so maybe... We were suspecting that UBI decided they wanted to delay the GRAW release so as to avoid competition from SR2005
FuryTM
The only good thing Ubi has done the last couple of years is handing over the production of GR:AW PC to GRIN. I have my hopes up these guys can deliver the game we want.

Rolly
"Frown" That will be us if they don't deliver ← of cause they will deliever they seem to have a passion for GR on a PC from reading the interviews, which i think will do us GR PC guys well. Remember it is UBI who are the bad boys on the Block. GO GRIN GO

So I would imagine the 4 coop team will stay, with the 32 players on line at one time in MP would be for ADV style games only.
