Rocky 1,224
You need to go into your GR folder and see what's up. Look in the Mods folder, and list here what folders you see in there.

Rocky 1,224
Yeh, one of your mod installs has gone into the wrong folder. All you shuld see in there are folders named after mods. So delete all these Character Equip Kits Mission Model Mods Shell Save Why there is a Mods folder in your Mods folder is a little bit strange.

SOTOMac 0
Rocky has it pretty much nailed, but I'm curious as to what is in this Second Mods Folder You seem to have. Make sure that the Folders listed below ; Actor Character Equip Kits Mission Model Shell Save USMC Woodland USMC Urban USMC Desert are Deleted or Dragged and Dropped to another Temporary Folder until We figure out what is going on. Once those Folders are Deleted or Moved this should then Leave You with ; Origmiss Mp1 Mp2 Navy Sealz 2.0 British Royal Marines US 75th Rangers Patch 1.3 kincade patch 3 patch 1.4 Arctic Warfare Mods Now - Go into the Second Mods Folder inside of the "Ghost Recon\Mods" Folder, and post the contents of that Folder here in this Thread as well. No worries - We'll get You squared away with a few more posts... Sincerely,

[Wx] Force 0
Ok,,You clicked the installer and found that it through all the files in your mod folder with no folder to go in ,,go into that second mods folder "cut" everthing from inside and paste it into the your first mod folder ,,then delete the old folder,,Now that you have just one mod folder'''' Ok now to sort it out here is a quick note: inside your mod folder should be your mods and nothing else (example ) mp1 ==desert siege mp2==Island Thunder Character Equip Kits Mission Model Mods Shell Save ""All of these folder can go inside a new folder and find the correct "modcont" text file to go with it ,,this is what identifies the mod,,all your really doing is manually putting them in the correct place,,rename the folder to what the mod was when you attempted the install,,It's quite common for this to happen with installer's,,,However if you don't know what I'm talking about ,Delete the folders that got thrown about and start over ,,BUT first create a folder for the mod ahead of time and direct the installer to that folder,''By keeping this folder""mods" clear of any folder's that don't belong,,,ei..you shouldn't have these folder seperate in the mods folder,,cause they are part of a mod,, Character Equip Kits Mission Model Mods Shell Save i know there isnt a mod for the orginal game? (ah yes there is and it's called ""orgimiss"" Edited March 11, 2003 by -[NCM]-force
~NkOgNiTo~ 0
what i can tell you is that some of the mods out there are pointed to install in the redstorm/ghostrecon directory instead of redstorm/ghostrecon/mods what they do is install another mod folder on top of the original, what this does is simply add the mod they have inside their mod folder inside of yours it dosen't erase the ones in there already....u may want to look inside the mods folder within your mod folder and see what mod is in there also if all the files are scattered in your mod folder like that the odds are so is the readme and this will tell you what mod did it, as well as what was stated before, the modscont.txt will help as you well and may also be scattered within your mods folder...be sure to always double check the default install directory chosen by the installer...even though we have some very talented modders out there...they are still human...
