My New Addiction

a friend of mine, the night before trashday, had totally overhauled his room. i mean to the point that i found out that he had hardwood floors. among his trash pile were a stack of cards. i got to looking at them, and found out that they were part of Magic: The Gathering. the cards that i saw, i liked, so i asked him if i could give him a couple of dollars for them. he accepted my money, so i went home and learned online how to use them. i am now totally addicted to it. to the point that im going to the local hobby shop requesting specific booster packs, etc. i can not put down these cards for more than an hour. ive heard of some local (as in all across RI) tournaments, and have actually signed up for one, next friday at 7.

now, i was wondering, am i all alone here? or do some of you use them too? please dont leave me feeling like a total nerd.

I'd say you could make a case that you're a total nerd from that alone or not.

I don't play myself, but I've had some interest. However, I can't afford to support a TCG hobby, along with videogames and my yearly expenses on 3dsm.
