This is usually C:\Windows BMP, JPG, GIF, JPE, DIB, PNG, HTM files from the following locations: %Systemroot%\Web\Wallpaper %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\My Pictures (& sub-folders) %AppData%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer %ProgramFiles%\Plus!\Themes (& sub-folders) That looks about right.
