Monoman 0
I am trying to load a newly created map into Igor. The problem is Igor crashes everytime I load the environment file for a new mission. From what I have read I may need to do add +buildbinary to my Igor shortcut. I have tried that but I cannot get XP to accept the change. Any ideas on how to fix this? Could the problem be with the map itself?
GRT 0
Before exporting your map, you should delete the .sht file in your map folder. Map sure all your textures are in the map folder, and make try using a sky texture that is used in a map like castle to make sure its not the sky qob messing it up. There could be alot of reasons why its crashes.
BornToKill 0
make a shortcut to Igor, rightclick properties and add the -buildbinary to the end of the shortcut path. Open Igor with your shortcut link, goto mods and activate your mod before attempting to load it or it will crash Igor everytime. The -buildbinary command on the end of your Shortcut builds the 2d colision data and creates a file called "yourmap.sht". Everytime you re-export your map be sure to delete the old .sht file before opening Igor and creating a new .sht file. Edited July 4, 2005 by BornToKill

X69RZX 0
How come my IGOR builds the .sht file everytime and I don't have the -buildbinary tag in use in my shortcut? Is the .sht file not as good without the tag?
