Ubi published another game that has won awards (do you see where I am going?) and it is a thinking game just as GR1 (which won multiple awards including Game of the Year from at least 2 game magazines). While SHIII is a niche game, so is GR IMO. ← And UBI saw the chance to take GR out of it's niche. It's not like they've abandoned PC gamers -- They still publish the IL2 games, too. I know I wouldn't as I play them too. Why do I play them? They aren't games that interest the average gamer. Ask yourself this, why did Ubi cancel GR2 for PC and why is GR Summit Strike (for XBox) being developed to return to the original style of gameplay (Ubi's words)? People love action games, and UBI thought that meant that GR would make a good action game. That was a mitake, so they're shifting it back. They still have plenty of examples of action games selling, though. And plenty of sims selling, actually... Ubi stays pretty balanced, if you pay attention. (Splinter cell, for example, only got more realistic with CT, including a 'hard' difficulty with realistic health, save the medpacks.)
