In the recon section of this fine site, you will find numerous tutorials on how to mod this game. I'm afraid you will have a hard time finding a tutor, as it seems you may be seeking. The tutorials however can provide you with everything you need to know. Here is a link, look about halfway down the page.

i learned from Ruin's tutorials here on gr.net. it even has links to the tools you will need. mike schell's skinner version 1.1 is a definite must to make it easy on assigning textures to the models. and bajabravo's atr generator is very helpful in making mass amounts of atr files for various actors. you will need the rsb plugin for photoshop. it will work in paintshop pro, but works better in photoshop. plus it's easier to edit skin textures in photoshop. and of course use the links in the skinning resources topic in this section of the forum. if you need more help add my msn: ciaspy_007@hotmail.com i'm not on much right now due to no days off at work. but shortly i should start having time off again, and will be able to help you out as much as i can.
