KillingJoke 0 Posted April 22, 2005 Share Posted April 22, 2005 Does anyone have a FN-FAL only Mod? Like the dedicated XM8 or SCAR Mods? How about a M1A1? I know Thumper1518 has an 7.62 Mod but I wanted to see if there is one specific to the rifles in question. It would be good to see if one of the talented modders of today could put one out with all the many variations that are the rage today, like the carbines with various attachments, camo patterns and such I need the power of the 7.62 to get me through all these crazy Mods that are coming out!! @ Lancer and SnowFella - Thanks for the new v2 XM8 Mod, great fun to play on Sixpences DEMON RAGE. @ SixPence - Thanks for all the time and effort you are putting into this game, I can't sleep any more! Echt Geil! I think GR2 PC was put off because of the competition each and everyone who is still modding for GR1. Looks like I'll be losing out on this one. I know Thumper has a great mod, the 7.62, but I was looking to have all my characters have the same weapon types with a little this and that to make them unique. I do not really like shifting through all the different weapon types just to pick out only two different FALs. This is why I like the concept of a dedicated Mod like DTD's excellent SCAR or the XM8 from Lancer and SnowFella. Does anyone know how to take a rifle sound out from one mod and put it in to another? I like the sound of Yodasplats M4 Trance mod and I want to put it into another weapon Mod because the sound is better fitting to that rifle. However it is a completely different rifle, a SA 58 and not a M4. I have renamed the file to match said weapon but it didn't work out. What did I do wrong? How about adjusting it to be a bit louder? Any thoughts out there? @ GiWeDa - can you give us some details of your up-coming Mod? @ Prozac360 - yeah, she is a looker from Fulton Armory. Troy Ind. also has one in the field at this time. Actually, that is just what I needed! Be sure you ask for permission b4 you do, especially if you plan to release the mod. People seem to get extremely testy about that sort of thing around here.
