GRT 0
What are you using smart tools for? I downloaded it when it was first released it made my max slow down with my map 50,000 or so polys. If you read the level builder pdf then you can do all the stuff with your map without using any tools.
lexsis 0
maybe you made the mistake I did. install v1 first then v2. I got error messages similar to yours and it all went away when I did the above.
BornToKill 0
For what its worth, Smart Tools ain't much help anyway.Once you understand how it works, you find it's pretty useless, and most you can do manually with little effort. If ur gonna use it search Google for his website, JS Smart tools, i think.Your problem has something to do with you GR directory not being in C:\Program Files\Redstorm Entertainment\GhostRecon. If i remember, if you create this default directory, then run smart tools, it'll fix it.Then redirect ST to your real GR directory.

BornToKill 0
Javamans website has changed.SmartTools 2.0 was only ever a Beta release, it had a bug,(in fact a few) when you run it the first time, it searchs for GhostRecon in the default location C:\Programme Files\Redstorm Entertainment\Ghostrecon. If it can't find it there it crashes. To get around this, create that directory, run SmartTools then direct Smart Tools to your Real GR directory. Then delete the default directory you created.
