WhiteKnight77
While it may be a bit old, I have to say, for a flight sim hauling passengers and cargo, this game is pretty good. While I stink at making models (I tried to make a house in GMax, but failed ), there are many who can make really good aircraft models both civilian and military in both payware and freeware. One thing I have gotten good at is using a program that allows you to edit airports called AFCAD. While you still can't move default objects, you can add to them with a couple of other programs or even make a new complete airport with the help of GMax and the SDKs that MS has released. You can download tons of original aircraft (made by modelers) and repaints (skins in GR terms) of the liveries (paint schemes) used by airlines world wide. Want nothing but real world airlines flying all over, no problem, there are ways to add airline AI that flies from an airport near you. There is ways to enhance the terrain with meshes that make mountains look more lifelike along with textures that are getting really close to realistic. Some of them are just eye popping. This is a Boeing 717 that I like flying, specially from here in Atlanta to the airport a mile (give or take) from my folks house. Matter of fact, this pic below is flying over where they live on my way to Laguardia in New York City ( I was on my way to visit NYR .) Noraf
yeah ( hi wk btw, long time ) it's a greate game spent quite a few hours in air with it, mostly doing shuttle traffic of the northern coast of norway. and, i even got a few misshaps, like one time when i didn't check the weather midway in the leg, so, with heavy headvind, i ended up having to do an emergency landing on an airfield, with just a glider aproach was a bit hairy, and didn't look to go to do in an online flight...
