Chems 0 Posted January 8, 2005 Share Posted January 8, 2005 Ive always thought most web forums were friendly like this one here, been the only forum I ever got involved with, but over the past year Ive frequented many many other forums, and all are deftinatly not so pleasant or helpful. Im sure you will all agree this site sets the tone for the whole GR community, and who sets the trend for this site but Rocky, so It dawned on me today that Rocky's personaility and views have actually created the whole way this community interacts, its attracted the members we have here who are the staff, the members the people who contribute and call GR their home. Chems 0 Posted January 8, 2005 Author Share Posted January 8, 2005 Yeah but its more than the site, if you acredit this site, to the sucess of the mod community, and acredit the sucess of the mod community as the reason for GR living so long, then Rocky has effectivly kept GR alive all this time, by providing this place. Rocky gives 100% to the GR community and works his socks off with other staff to give us all somewhere to go, and to get advice. If you are restricted, you have to come up with some other way to express yourself that is just as emotional, but not as offensive. Obviously, then, I am seconding a lot of what has been said.
