Camouflage 0
Hello, Firstly, I would like to drop disicussion allready at this point of "multiplayer skins" because I dont want them. To the point : IS there such MODs that it actually changes or let players to choose uniforms for operatives for singleplayer campaign? For example, If I would like to load different uniform for GR : Desert Storm, lets say make all operatives in Desert Storm to use Navy Seal uniforms (Boonie desert hats etc) ? If this is possible, how the uniforms can be changed, can they be changed in weapon selection screen just like weapons or how the uniform choosing method will work ? Ive tried many mods, all of them boasts with huge amount of skins (some even 50 different) but seems that they are all for multiplayer and everytime singleplayer uniforms are still the same. Any help would be appreciated.
callmehobbes 0
There's loads of skin mods for single players. What exactly are you looking for? Callmehobbes
Private B 0
Most of the total conversion mods out there change the single player skins...Try canadian Ops 2, Navy Seals by sixpence, Free Libya... loads of others too. Sixpence made some dedictaed skin mods for single player also. Just click the download section on top here at GRNET, check under euipment, and most of the "don't miss" ones have single player skins. When they are mutliplayer skins, 90% of the time they appear in SP... what mods have you used?

Camouflage 0
Sixpence, (I know you as a modder allready ) Your Navy Seals MOD was exactly what I was looking for, this is definetly worth to download! The Characters look exactly how I would have done them instead of regular Ghosts in [Ghost Recon], and its nice idea to put specialists from movie Tears Of The Sun, altough I am not keen on Bruce Willis I had some problems with specialist called Red, even I installed patch 1.1, game will crash as soon as I choose Red. Otherwise, marvellous piece of work, specially you paid alot of attention to details, all the way from wrapped up boonie-hats to the bagpacks and microphones. I had some problems first with faces, some of faces appear in blank white template, but as I read from readme, it seemed that I need Desert Siege installed. As soon as I installed DS, it was all ok. Btw, where is desert uniforms for Seals? How I can choose them for singeplayer DS campaign ? One more thing, I noticed reticules seemed extremely big, which is just ok to me, I can survive with those, but I also found out that I couldnt zoom anymore with even standard weapons, is this ment to be like this? Extremely well done anyways. Edited January 6, 2005 by Camouflage
Private B 0
well, that depends on what weapons and optics they have, if it were an iron sight, no zoom at all, i think the aimpoint in game zooms a bit, and acogs definetly do.
Camouflage 0
Sixpence, Some critical error in Navy Seals MOD ? I got your Navy Seal MOD, and DS and IT installed, GR updated to 1.4, plus Navy Seals 1.1 update, but I cannot play past 1st Original Mission, or after I complete the mission, and prepare for 2nd mission, just before choosing soldiers for 2nd mission, the game falls to the desktop by error, and it will NOT start again unless I unistall everything, delete the directory, and reinstall everything. I bet it got something to do with specialists, I believe in 2nd mission the first original specialist will unlock and that cause critical error with actual Navy Seals specialists ? Is there way to deactivate MOD outside the game?
XE_Joker 0
mod manager will do it.
Sixpence 0
Plz dl Ver. 1.2 ! from Navy Seals !
Camouflage 0
Plz dl Ver. 1.2 ! from Navy Seals ! ← Thanks, that seemed to work. I played until 2nd mission and get to choose specialist "Red" also. Strangely enough, 1.2 was just original 1.0 + 1.1 ? 1.2 worked on me.

But this chr is the same like the red.chr..... But if it now works, its good. Edited January 15, 2005 by Sixpence
DWG 0
Is there way to deactivate MOD outside the game? Edit modsset.txt in the Ghost Recon root directory, delete the line for the mod giving you trouble, save the file.
