Rocky 1,224
http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=57489 No Doom3, and Riddick at No.2. I keep hearing good things about Riddick, might need to track that down after I'm done with HL2 and Doom3!
Sup 0
I played a demo, And wasn't awfully fond of it. It might just have been a poor level, though.
KRP 56 92
DOOM 3 I read an article the other day that tagged Doom 3 as a could have been should have been game. They said it's good but wait till the price drops way down before buying it.

Rocky 1,224
Yeh I am enjoying Doom, almost as much as watching home movies of folks playing it
Dan 0
Yeh I am enjoying Doom, almost as much as watching home movies of folks playing it ← well i must admit i was at a mates house, with doom running on hoog widescrenn LCD TV and surround sound. Of course the lights were off and the other guys were off getting something from upstairs etc, so im alone, and i almost shat myself when one of those big guys with tons of eyes lept out of the wall and started throwing fire at me. Hats off to the devs.
Daywanderer 0
I'm currently playing through Riddick XBox for the second time now. Got in the mood after watching Pitch Black ('twas awesome) and Chronicles of Riddick one night. It's very, very satisfying to sneak up on a guard and jab a shiv into his kidney. Or whatever vital organ that's floating around in there. It has some less enjoyable moments, like a few run-and-gun sequences where you're chased by endless waves of enemies while desperately trying to find your way out of the maze-like area you're trapped in. The rest is good though
CR6 0
http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=57489 No Doom3, and Riddick at No.2.← Doom 3 made their #11 on Eurogamer's list of top 50 games. No GR2 there, in fact haven't seen GR2 on anyone's top lists of 2004 (GameSpot, IGN) Only Clancy game that has made a few lists is SC:PT.
Rocky 1,224
http://www.mackandmesh.com That's the movies I was referring to, there are about 5 Doom ones with a classic outtakes movie too. Don't watch the outtakes until you have seen the very end of movie 5 though. The movies tend to go on a bit,. but there are pretty classic moments dotted throughout them so watch em all! About Riddick, is this game actually on the PC yet? Someone mentioned a demo, but I couldn't find it anywhere...??
Sup 0
It is on PC... It came out a few months ago. Gamespy gave it 4 stars, I think, and said it translated from XBOX very well.
