GRT 0 Posted December 26, 2004 Share Posted December 26, 2004 Well me being the big micheal mann fan. Saw Collateral..I love the way mann ends all the music when theres gun fire. With Tom Cruise being the serious profressional hitman, and Jamie Foxx having his comendy turn into serious. Tom Cruise trained for acouple weeks/months(cant remember) with a ex-sas to get all his pistol and combat skills looking real. I wanted to know your guys' thoughts on this movie. the.ronin 5 Posted December 26, 2004 Share Posted December 26, 2004 as with most movies, i recommend watching it again with the director commentary. it amazes me how in depth they get in terms of character background despite never mentioning it on script ... just to give the character that much more depth e.g., tom cruise's character living in SE asia as ex special ops, etc. that groove armada tune (when the chick is in the cab) just rocks. i just had to kazaa -i mean buy it.
