Maybe its like a fixed weapon, instead of moving the mags, you pull the weapon up and slap it back down into a mag?? lol. Seen something similar with the G36 before.

I'm dumb when it comes to the latest weapons but there must be a G36 out by now with those hk round mags on either side, that would be close to L's pic?

I'm not so dumb when it comes to knowing what Lancer does as a job and let's just say that most ppl would get up pretty early for a job like that just for the fun of it, even tho it's a pretty responsible job.

For a few months now I've been dying to ask L if the eotech holo sight has become standard on the G36 where he works???? I presumed it was after seeing a pic in the Evening Standard and included it in one of my mods but never knew if it was that widespread.

I guess you must mean the Beta Cmag's. There are Cmag's around that has the correct feedstack to fit the G36 and they have been adopted for the MG36 LSW.

i for myself don't like the name MG36, because it's just no MG. there's no possibility of a fast barrel change.....

HK weaps are notorious for ease of barrel change. You can field strip a g-36, or any other HK in a matter of seconds, and as for the fast barrel change, that wasn't part of the design for the BAR, and that wasn't a problem. Support weapons like the BAR and MG36 aren't designed for sustained fire missions, so a barrel change isn't really needed. The designation MG just means that it has a heavier barrel and more robust mechanism than the standard rifle.
