Any new updates ?

No, unfortunately. After my Windows installation was somehow corrupted a couple of weeks ago I had to completely reinstall my OS. Along with that, I have to completely reinstall all of my content creation software, as well as most of my games. I feel like the wind has been knocked out of me - I've just had one problem after another. The January crash was bad enough. This past crash wasn't so bad, because all of my data is in tact, but it's a huge momentum killer. :(

Why dont you just put all your work on a bunch of back up disks so something like that wont happen? I mean I have back up disks for everything, even my porn dude. Edited by SFWanabe

It wasn't an issue of backing up work - that's taken care of for the most part. It was an issue of having to go through the tedius work of reinstalling Max, PhotoShop, all my games, etc.

As a further update, I've suspended my GR modding indefinitely. I've been very sick for the past couple of months, and gotten very little done. Due to the backlog in my work, I have to make a decision about priorities. GR modding isn't at the top of the list. My apologies to anyone still waiting.

Just wondering if any changes in the horizon.

Some modders are busy with real life, but then again we got new modders that might be interested perhaps?

Some ppl have made upgrades to their pc's maybe enabling them to run the mod now, perhaps?

triple crossing my fingers. :D

well, not to get your hopes to high, but I've got the beta of the dynacomp engine in my source code archives that has beckoned to me for almost 3 years now to revamp and release as a dynamic campaign editor to allow anyone to make the type of dynamic mission sets we were going to do.

Like I said, no promises, but a largely free weekend and a ton of caffine and pizza and you never know.

:fingersx: Wow, sounds hopeful... could be sweet! Where should I send the pizza?

Some of the most exciting Ghost Recon news ever if true! I remember the Dynacomp web site and a feature list for the Mod that was an absolute jaw dropper with art assets to match! Perhaps the project was a bit too ambitious, but even if it delivered on a fraction of its promises it would still be a 'MUST HAVE' Mod for Ghost Recon!

Sure hope DonMiguel get's all the pizza, free time and andcan get hooked up to a Caffine IV drip so he can give it one last push to get what remains of the Mod in some kind of deliverable shape; I'm sure the Fans here will be thrilled virtually no matter what's in or out!
