I don't he has tried another email client. I'll mention this to him, if he doesn't see this first. what browser do u use? ← Primarily IE6. Have you installed WinXP SP2? Do you have any pop-up blocking software installed? ← Word of warning, don't even mention to him about SP2. VERY bad experience. Needless to say, it is no longer on his machine.
