en4rcment
I still can't believe your screenshots Ranger...you make OFP look like VBS1. Is this really what the game looks like on your computer? Are you using a vid card from the future? It's absolutely incredible...

2nd Ranger
Well, as I said, it's probably just the resize that makes the graphics seem better to you. And of course Flashpoint's lighting engine, as per that shot of the Bradley. Here are some full size, unedited shots of what the game looks like on my computer (with a bit of quality reduction due to PSP7's crappy JPEG compression) T and the 203 Sart and the smug Me and the field Ai and the chopper

Jex
Hey how are you grabbing those screenies? How do u turn off the text stuff, x-hairs etc? Oh and the =TE= logo that goes on the vehicles is easily done through OFP. I think you just have to host the image somewhere online and it will display on any vehicle you get into. Pretty cool huh? Jex
We know, we've got them as well. And I take out the hud stuff in PSP. ← Hmm pity there isn't an easier way. I was hoping to make a Flashpoint movie using fraps but don't want the on screen clutter
2nd Ranger
You could construct a series of cutscenes, then splice them together.
Jex
You could construct a series of cutscenes, then splice them together. ← yeah I could but i'd need to learn how to make cutscenes first lol - but anyway, I want a TE vid with TE members
en4rcment
Hey how are you grabbing those screenies? ← Sart hooked me up with a program called Grab Clip Save. It's a tiny program that runs in your taskbar and allows you to take screenies in game by pressing the "print screen" button and saves them into any directory that you tell it to. Download Here Edited January 10, 2005 by en4rcment
2nd Ranger
Alternatively, you could get DXDLL and disable all the graphic options (if you don't want to use them), enable screen capture, then you don't have to start up the screen program every time. DeltaDude
I thought this was a really good shot to showcase just how far OFP has come over the years.
