Daywanderer
I was thinking he meant it literally. Rocket-roastage is a common occurance in Ghost Recon, at least when I'm playing.
WhiteKnight77
WK is still mad at me for roasting his girlfriend last week with a rocket launcher. Bringing it along was a bad tactical call. You just have to watch where you point that thing. Also the GF can play all she wants, I like having her play GR too.
budgie
whoa, I was talking about bringing the rocket launcher along. My bad. Touched a nerve there...
WhiteKnight77
To clarify things, she is not really my GF. We do talk quite a bit and that is it. @Budgie, I knew what you were talking about.
nycgamer
Splinter Cell on XBox hooked up to Dolby Digital 5.1 is unreal. ?? I can see that being true for a 'sound' game, like MOH frontline (durning the beach scene), but Splinter Cell is more about how realistic-looking it is - I'd be more interested than seeing it on some 57" flatscreen TV with optimum color for those great lighting graphics, than to worry so much about sound. Don't get me wrong ~ I play it in surround sound through my system too, 'cuz sound is important to me, but do you see my point?
~NkOgNiTo~
Solitaire!! LMAO!!! but really not having any military experience i can't judge how realistic my fav game is(tlk'n GR of course...), but i can tell what i know, and playing AMA superbike on pc or MOTO gp on ps2 are pretty realistic and annoying as heck!!! u really have to come to almost complete stop to take corners... I'm sure we both agree that the game looks and sounds spectacular. Sadly, they didn't pick the best screens to show off just how spectacular it really is (http://www.splintercell.com/us/ - they should have included more outdoor shots; those were the best shots in the game.)
