I just found out that there's a little button on my monitor (Diamondtron NF VX920) that says FPM, which turns on/off the Fine Picture Mode. I don't really notice any difference so far. I had it turned off and now it's on... Anyone know what it does? Just curious. :)

I've seen diff buttons on new monitors that are to be pushed when running dvd's or games. The screen becomes a little brighter and the picture a little more crisper. This may be what yours has but I can't really tell a diff like you said. Try pushing it when playing GR and see if it makes it look any better.

I tried it with GR and it makes a very noticeable difference. The shadows which were kinda pale and washed out are now darker and more refined. I like it. Cool. :D:P
