need help with vid card and Powerstrip use.

I have an ATI 9600 XT vid card with the omega 2.5.58 drivers. I was recently told that Powerstrip is a good program to run with this card. I have no idea if it is or not, as well as no idea how I should set it for Ghost Recon. Also with the drivers I have I need someone to tell me the best way to set that as well. Please help!!!
