GRIM-HITMAN 0 Posted August 25, 2004 Share Posted August 25, 2004 If you open the .rsb file for the reticle in photoshop and paint in the pips (usually upeer right of picture) on the alpha channel the pips will be gone in the game without altering the effect of the weapon. ingeloop 8 Posted August 25, 2004 Author Share Posted August 25, 2004 well, some sights is better off with no pips. like the red aimpointdot or a reflexdot. the rsb is divided in like 5 diff channels?!! red, green, alpha etc etc which one is to be painted? and the best thing of them all, how do i save? i´ve tried to do some things with reticles, ending up with a big square when i look at them in the game. is there some things/boxes that i have to uncheck or check? /ingeloop Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Goto the alpha channel and there should be alittle line in the top right corner. Paint that black. and the best thing of them all, how do i save? You need to install the RSB plugin from your IT cd i´ve tried to do some things with reticles, ending up with a big square when i look at them in the game. This is when the ret rsb is missing it shows the big square. is there some things/boxes that i have to uncheck or check? After you install the rsb plugin all you should have to do is paint out the line and save has a rsb again. Then go in the GUN file and type the name of what you saved the ret rsb has. Sorry I forgot to mention the plugin. Its been a long time since I set up photoshop and forgot all about it.
