lexsis 0 Posted August 17, 2004 Share Posted August 17, 2004 Q. is skinning a character model the same as adding a texture to a map, do I just select the model and apply the skin to it? or do I need to select the 'legs' portion of the skin and apply it to the legs of the model, then the arms, then the head etc etc? thnx. oh, also, is it mandatory to apply the skin from within MAX or could I just export the model and use M.
