Sup
! The US 0wned in the 400m IM... But I don't think we qualified for men's baseball... Anyway, talk about your country's team, or any of the sports here, since I seem to be the first to start a thread about this.

STU_Snake
Didn't some Greek sprinters get into a motorcycle accident?
Dan
Didn't some Greek sprinters get into a motorcycle accident? Nope. They said that as an ecuse why they didnt go to a compulsory drug test. No one bought it, and the Greeks have kicked em off the team, before the IOC were gunna do it tomorrow.

Dan
They said that as an ecuse why they didnt go to a compulsory drug test. Bah, makes you think how they got so good at sprinting exactly. They were both greek atheltics heros. The home crowd would have loved to see em run.
insaneflyingmonkey
I saw the south africans break a world record in a swim relay thing. Go Canada!!!
blistr
Australia's Petria Thomas broke Dutch world record holder Inge de Bruijn's world record (57.99 sec) in the women's 100m butterfly. Petria clocked in at 57.72 sec, giving her the world record, her first individual Olympic gold medal of her career and her second gold medal in Athens. Way to go Petria! Petria still has the 200m butterfly and two relay events to compete in and has a realistic chance of winning five gold medals. Go Petria, Go Petria, Go. Go Petria, Go Petria, Go.
