Cpl Ledanek 247
After running an update, I received this: "NVIDIA display software update released on October 06 2003" Since I'm on a slow 28.8 modem, it would take me 2-4hrs do d/l this. I'm at work now where I can d/l faster but not sure what is this "specifically" that I need to d/l. Can someone help? thx
Dannik 43
Skip it. It's a Microsoft-created driver that you certainly do not need (and trust me, want). Stick with the official WHQL-certified drivers nVidia releases.

Matt03 0
I downloaded the new driver from nVidia's site and went to install and got a strange message during the middle. Something like this product doesn't have the Windows XP logo or something to that effect. I went ahead with the install so does anyone know what is up with this? Yes, it means Microsoft has not certified that the driver you downloaded is actually Windows compatible. WHQL certification is another name for this. Although it's not required for software to work, it's usually a good idea to only use certified drivers, as they have been proven safe.
