Brothers-In-Arms Delayed Until 2005

Recommended Posts

From BluesNews:

Computer And Video Games is reporting a delay for Brothers in Arms, Gearbox software's upcoming World War II first-person shooter. They reveal the news they picked up during a showing of the game in Paris: "It's a revelation that we've since had 100-percent confirmation on from publisher Ubisoft, the Xbox and PC iterations of the WWII FPS which were originally slated for October now due in Q1 2005." They point out that with this should make the release of these versions simultaneous with the PS2 version.

Delays are fine if they are bug testing the game, maximizing the code and making it as good as possible so they don't have to release a 50MB patch the next day.

This game looks great and will finish COD.

Damn it! That's a shame, I can't wait for this game, looks like it's going to amazing.

But if they want to put it back a few months, they have my support. Hopefully this means when it is released we should have a pretty good game on our hands.

A shame it is. As PC Gamer's Dan Morris states in his latest article. I'm really, really looking forward to BIA. Now after playing through two of the missions,I'm slobbering to get ahold of the finished game. It will undoubtedly push the shooter genre foward on a number of different fronts. :o Sounds like it can't miss so far and will be worth the wait.
