I cant play cuz of crashes

hi can anyone help me plz i got this problem for a year now and i got ######!i now got my new comp and have same problem here it is.. everytime i try launching my game screen comes black then pop back to desktop ######?!?!?!? i cantttt play and its ###### me. heres both ike and ike crash logs ..***** User's system configuration *****
