It would be really hard. First u need Halo, then u need to draw a map plan, measure the distances, make screenshots of every inch and corner of the map, then build the whole stuff, make custom textures, debug it, make missions and release it. Trust me, it would be really really hard specially now when GR is slowly going bye bye. The stuff takes a lot of time, nerves and motivation. Dont get me wrong but i dont think anyone will go for it.
