I have never bothered to adjust the settings in my game , So i was wondering if someone who knows there stuff could post what setting I should put everything on for my certain computer specs. Here they are. P4 2.54 Ghz 512 DDR Ram GeForce 4 MX440 128 MB (Omega Drivers) I think thats all you would need. Thanks alot for anyone who helps out! ROCO*AFZ* 0 Posted June 24, 2004 Share Posted June 24, 2004 (edited) Yeah shadows on is a big hit on fps. Also remember you have an mx card. They are the bottom of the heap nowadays. try also tree detail at medium, limit the # of bullets to like 20 and check your sound for eax (if onboard, eax will use extra cpu cycles and can lag you) Between those settings you should find a happy medium. I run anywhere from 50 to 100 fps with my Ti 4600 all settings cranked. but only 30-75 with shadows on depending on the fog. Also make sure your drivers are the latest from nvidia... www.nvidia.com, and make sure you have the latest intel drivers at www.intel.com do a search for chipset drivers and enjoy an overall system boost of 10-20% Edited June 24, 2004 by ROCOAFZ Quote Link to post Share on other sites
