This will solve your problem: "I'd check the modsset.txt file in the root GR directory. It may have became damaged during the CTD, and if it contains bad data, it could be preventing GR for firing up properly. It should read: //MODS SETTINGS - LIST OF MODS ACTIVE ON THIS SYSTEM "\mods\mp1" "\mods\mp2" Anything else in there, remove. That should reset your mod list to just DS and IT." That's it. it worked for me. When you edit the file, make sure you put in the missing lines exactly as he has them here, including the quotation marks.
