Need to clear the use of skins with Aus Viper and Streinger thou for the gunner. On this version the 50cal actually works. Anyone got a shot of this in green camo? This is the LR 6x6 IIMV (Interim Infantry Mobility Vehicle) This is what I drove when I was in, I actually had one bogged up past the axles once in a muddy creek and had to winch it out myself... Just wondering, would this be hard to knock up off the base model? If yes, please don't concern yourself with my banterings...if yes...well, then... As for your second request, I couldnt tell you till I try. So once the Green version is done I will have a go. @Streinger, bit cheeky really you asked me to make this for you ages ago and I did start it then you blew me off and went with someone else. Yes, I know that the IIMV is a bit pie in the sky, but you have to admit - that Rover's art! As for the tire on the bonnet - I'm not fussy - I know the Aussies don't do that anymore (there are usually brackets on the Bonnet for a shovel and pick for recovery instead of tires) but hey, it looks tough! Really very cool - my only (minor, minor, minor) gripe would be the spare tire cover - is it possible to use the hexagional cam pattern that the Aussies use on canvas? Chems Posted May 22, 2004 Author Share Posted May 22, 2004 Its not tagged as a tank no, but I think it may be set as an APC type cause when you see it you get enemy armour report. But it all works and all so Im not messing with it. As for the hexy cover, I have to put my foot down I like it like that. How do you get that guy to stand up with the .50cal there? I have built a APC carrier, but the shotgun set the men on their knees and at the seat points they sit down.
