They went for about $20 US when they came out, you should be able to get them for less now. Thats going to be your best bet on this one. Depends on your geography, but Amazon is great, especially for folks in North America. Alternately, the Gold Edition should be in most major retailers, and despite the fact that it would mean having two copies of the original GR, it's a fantastic value.
