ZRated
Hatchetforce, just saw the thread and saw you are/were 5th SFG. I have been stationed at Ft.Campbell over the last 7 years until after Iraq. I was in Ghanny and Iraq w/ 101st (2/187th and then moved to 2/327th). I also have a cousin who is with the 5th SFG there on post who is an E8 with 1st Batt I believe. PM me and let me know. You may have served on my cousins team...and if you did we may have met before. Thanks, ZRated
Gordo_Viper
F-14 Breakin the sound barrier Thats not a F14...that looks more like a Russian Mig... F-4 Phantom... "According" to Iron Eagle III it's a Mig-29....
WhiteKnight77
F-14 Breakin the sound barrier Thats not a F14...that looks more like a Russian Mig... That is an F-4 Phantom II, not a Mig. I was (supposed to be saw, but dyslexia strikes again ) both the Thunderbirds and Blue Angels fly that back aircraft in the early 70's. The slot's tail was always black. Gordo_Viper
Before my time but they had Rhino's flying out here prior to F-111 delivery back in the 70's.

PATRI0T
are those two crouched soldiers holding tokarev's? Serbian Army is usually using CZ 99 made in "Zastava" from Kragujevac. I'll post some info here: MODEL: Zastava CZ 99 Caliber: 9mm "PARA"/.40 S&W Barrel length: 108mm Frame: medium Mechanism: DA/SA Magazine capacity: 15/10 rounds Front sight: adjustable Rear sight: adjustable Weight (empty/full): 860/1.145g Total length: 190mm Height: 140mm Material: steel/aluminum Grip: selected walnut Finish: blued/chrome plated - excellent ergonomics - incorporated ambidextrous controls - modern defensive and service pistol - barel is cold forged and hard chromed inside - the protruding pin tells at a glance, or by feel, if there is a round in the chamber - there is a possibility for the slide safety installation (CZ 99 S) - deckoking and slide hold-open and release are all controlled with one ambidextrous lever - COMPACT model is safest, simplest and most reliable DA/SA pistol - this model is produced in two different calibres: 9mm and .40 S&W - suitable for carried in "all weather" condition I have to mention there is not just a one version so some weapon features could be different depending of version. mob
Nah, those are definitely older generation pistols, single-stack and single action. The hammer spur right behind the rear sight is almost certainly a Tokarev.
tyovan4
thanks for the info Patriot.. Did you serve in the JNA?
SnowFella
I have to agree with mob here, those 2 handguns are definately not CZ99's. Take a close look at the weapons in question. Then compare to this shot of a CZ99 And then to this pic of a Tokarev
NiteStalka
Looks like the Tokarev to me. Patriot said the Serb Army usually uses the CZ99. He didnt say that the ones in the picture were the CZ99.
