Most modders (myself included) model the headset as part of the chr model (thus avoiding the slight inconsitency of the models meeting). I know that the Island Thunder expansion has a headset coupled with a peaked cap (attachment is called radhead), not sure about Desert Seige. I can't remember most of the mods that do have headsets off the top of my head, but I think Crampski's excellent Commandos mod (whatever happened to the expansion for it? ) and the DTD Israel mod have headsets.
