Scarecrow 0 Posted March 30, 2004 Share Posted March 30, 2004 Hi, I'm sorry if this has been covered but I do not see it addressed and it's 4am where I am. okay- a grenade will open a door and a direct hit from a rocket or shell will shatter it, but how do I make a m4-masterkey breach doors with the shotgun half? is it an issue of the prj file's "damage thru walls" setting, an issue tied to explosions, or is it a simple damage issue, like the dor has a limited HP? any reply would be appreciated thank you. blakarion. 0 Posted March 30, 2004 Share Posted March 30, 2004 Ive not tried this myself but this thread set me thinking Give the Shotgun a projectile, Try setting the projectile fired by the shotgun to have a 0.1 m radius effect, with the appropiate explosion effect set up in the projectile. It will proably be a big blast with a very small damage effect - but enough to destroy doors. Matt03 0 Posted March 30, 2004 Share Posted March 30, 2004 I believe prj's can be setup to have no visual explosion effect. You may not have to have a blast radius at all. Just check the box that says dentonate on impact. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
