I am supposed to be in command of a group of special forces but they have the reactions of raw recruits some times. I would like to just tweak some of the skills. SOTOMac Posted March 11, 2004 Share Posted March 11, 2004 You can easily take the Specialist .atr Files and Open them in Notepad. Then its merely Editing the Stats as You'd like to see them InGame. Make sure that You only edit the SPEC. .atrs as Editing the MP .atrs will prevent You from Joining Hosted Online Games by others without those Edits.
